i use the 2005-04-19 xbmc version.
on the dvd-r, there are 4 files of 700mb and 1 of 1.4gb.
the 1.4gb file is an *.ogm file renamed in *.avi file : it doesn't matter, whatever the video file reanamed i can read the 1.4gb *.avi file from an hdd.

i can read these 700mb files but if i try to read the 1.4 gb file, xbmc started freezing and i can control nothing. otherwise, if i take the dvd-r out of the drive, everything work well.
the 1.4gb file can be read from an hdd : it works well.

i tried to set cache at the hightest and at 256kb but it doesn't still work.

so, if you have any suggestions to solve my problem !!!
