Where are bad places to get tattoos?

  • I have heard that getting a tattoo on your wrist is bad because people who have gone to jail get them there. Also on your neck it might be bad.
    does anyone know?


  • don't get a tattoo at all. You'll regret it when you're older, and they look bad. Would you like to be the only 75 year old person at the pool w/ a tattoo on?


  • anywhere where theres not lot's of skin such as ankle,chin(yikes) forehead,back
    back is ok it just hurtz alot

    -before ur not done growing, really anwhere
    -some places may effect ur nerves..
    -side of ur upper leg (when u wear a baithing suit, it'll be cut off, etc)
    etc.

    tip: if ur thinking about getting one, draw it where u want it w/ pen first and leave it on for a week or something... dont like it there? try somewhere else or dont get it ;)


  • well their is always a bad place to get tattoos and their are good places but its not always good to get a tattoo because your taking the risk of getting

    1.HIV
    2.infection etc

    But as i said there are good places and bad places so its your choice


  • There are certain places that are looked down upon but no place is a bad place.
    Easily hid able are the places to get tattoos.
    A lot of people who don't have tattoos believe tattoo's that show are tacky and unattractive but if your talking to someone with a tattoo it's a totally different story.
    I have a tattoo on my foot and I can hid it if I want, if you get a tattoo on your wrist you can't hid that.
    Just get is where you want but be aware that it's forever.


  • first off... no - people in jail get tattoos everywhere... your wrist has nothing to do with it..

    and a "bad place pain wise is on any bones or ribs"

    and bad as in not smart buisnessly (professionaly).. on your hands, face, and neck
